Service Mark for the “PROPERTY RIGHTS FOUNDATION OF AMERICA” on January 22, 2008. The registration grants exclusive use by the Property Rights Foundation of America, Inc., to the trademarked name, which has been in continuous use by the organization in its publications and used by the media in published articles referring to the organization since 1994, the year of the organization’s incorporation. This registered trademark is vital to protecting the name by which the work of the Property Rights Foundation of America, Inc., has become widely known.
