Comments
The Lake George Basin Land Conservancy focuses on land it wishes
to preserve by acquiring for government or conservancy ownership.
The Conservancy has been accused of using its connection to a
regulatory agency such as the APA to obstruct the permit process
to facilitate acquisition at the desired price or from sellers
who had other purposes in mind than preservation.
