Marlo Lewis is a Senior Fellow in energy and environmental policy at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, a free market public policy institute headquartered in Washington, D.C. His current research interests chiefly include the science, economics, law, and politics of global warming policy.
Marlo has been published in The Washington Times, Forbes, National Review, Investors' Business Daily, Engage, Environmental Law Institute Forum, The Hill, Fox News, Real Clear Policy, Public Utility Fortnightly, University of Richmond Law Review, and other publications. He has appeared on various television and radio programs, including Oprah Winfrey, where he provided counterpoint to Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth.
Prior to rejoining CEI in 2002, Marlo served as director of external relations at the Reason Foundation and as staff director of the House Government Reform Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs.
He holds a Ph.D. in Government from Harvard University and a B.A. in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
